TENNIS TECHNIQUE IS EASY!!!
Tennis shots are based in natural movements that have to be adjusted to the timing of the ball. Those natural movements need to evolve from the very basic to the complex, coaches have to create the conditions to let the movements go through every stage.
The shots should be:

  • Solid

  • Varied

  • Reliable
